Beginning September 2, 2026, built-in connectivity will be enabled across existing Power Platform wheelchairs int he field. This retro-activation allows chairs to transmit technical data to support improved service ability, diagnostics, and overall user experience.​

No additional hardware or service visits are required; connectivity is already built into the wheelchair and will activate automatically in the background.
