2. What is the weight limit?
The Fat Tire Golf Scooter is designed for one person, weighing no more than 350 lbs.
3. How many miles does a KOPPLA golf bike go on a single charge?
The KOPPLA Swift Golf Cart Motorcycle uses a 25Ah removable battery and has a range of 28-35 miles (40-55 km).

The KOPPLA golf bike is shipped 98% assembled. You just need to assemble the front wheel and handlebars with the included tools. It’s super easy, and you can follow our video instructions.
8. Will KOPPLA golf scooters harm the course?
The KOPPLA fat tire golf scooter is very “turf-friendly”. With larger tires and a very light weight, it’s less damaging than a traditional golf cart.
The Koppla Golf Scooter Cart also has a “big foot” kick stand with large, flat plates to protect the grass and offer great stability when parked.
9. How many rounds does the KOPPLA golf cart bike last on a single charge?
The KOPPLA electric golf cart supports a single 25Ah battery that will last over 36 holes on a single charge. Please note the rider’s weight and terrain condition will affect the range.
Because our battery is under the seat, it can be swapped out without any tools in just 3 seconds, so we recommend swapping the battery between rounds for optimum experience.
10. What is the warranty?
The warranty period of the KOPPLA Golf Motorcycle body is 12 months from the date of delivery, and the battery pack is 6 months. For details, check the “WARRANTY” tab on this page.
11. How do you store a KOPPLA golf electric scooter battery?
We suggest discharging & recharging the battery every 3 months; this way, it will keep the battery in good working order and make it last longer. Normally, we charge the battery 50% or so before shipment.

We offer free shipping in the contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot ship to some parts of New York due to extremely high shipping costs.
We ship your scooter within 3 business days of your order placement.
Orders are shipped by freight from our California warehouse. The shipping transit time depends on your location but delivery is usually within 2-8 business days after collection from our warehouse.

Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
- If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will assist.
Freight LTL Shipments
- Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am – 12pm or 12pm – 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don’t screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
- Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
- Notation on the carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list the type of damage to the carton. Remember to take photos of any damage.
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of the contents of the unit. Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival. If there is any damage to the product then please send photos and a description to support@electricrideco.com

For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer’s return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. 15 DAYS RETURN POLICY (SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)
If during the first 15 days after you received the goods and choose to return merchandise for a replacement / exchange or refund, please review the terms and conditions below.
Terms and Conditions
At the discretion of Koppla, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.
Customer is responsible for original shipping charges included in the price of the product as well as return shipping charges.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new condition (box unopened and unused). Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including manuals, accessories, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.
We can help to cancel your order and refund your payment if your order hasn’t been shipped.

Once your order has been canceled successfully, we will refund you within 5 business days.
We don’t offer Returns / Refunds when:
- We don’t offer a 100% refund after your order has shipped out.
- We don’t offer returns when there is an issue with the product you received, rather we fix the scooter in accordance with our warranty and send you free replacement parts (in certain cases you might need to cover the shipping cost for it).
- Please Note: It may not be possible to send free replacements for parts that have surface damage only.
- We don’t refund when we haven’t received the returned package.

Electric Ride Co. Return Terms
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns may be requested by sending an email to support@electricrideco.com with your order number.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
- If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
- If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
- We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.
Additional Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
- If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Cancellations
- All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
- If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.
- Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping it may be too late to cancel your order before it ships out. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships out but if this is not possible then the standard return procedure applies.
Damages

Defective Merchandise
All of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty policies. The warranty information for each product can be found under the “WARRANTY” tab on the product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer’s defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product.
Please note that for returns of defective products, it is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the product in the original packaging. Please make sure to keep the original packaging even if it has been damaged as the packaging can be patched up. If the customer has thrown away the original packaging then it is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the product at their own cost.
Some of our suppliers may refuse returns if the original packaging has been thrown away.
Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures
Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed pictures, usually due to product improvements over time. Electric Ride Co. is not responsible for original or return shipping fees should the specs or pictures be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

Koppla Warranty Policy
The warranty period of the machine body shall be 1 year as of the date of delivery. In the event of a non-artificial performance failure, please contact support@kopplamoto.com
The warranty period of the battery is 6 months, and other accessories shall not be covered by the warranty service. Within the warranty period, we’ll ship replacements for free and freight on us.
Please confirm the integrity of the package at the time of signing for acceptance of the goods.
What is Covered
Below key parts of your scooter will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) during the stated warranty period if you have any of the following manufacturing or design faults under normal use:
- Motor faults
- Mother Boards or Computer Control faults
- Battery faults (SLA or Lithium)
- Adaptor faults
Please Note: Koppla will provide instructions for installing replacement parts but will not cover any labor costs if the customer is unable to install the parts themself.
What is Not Covered
If you have an issue with your purchased product that is not covered by the warranty, we are happy to help you get it properly fixed for a reasonable cost, or to give you free advice on how to get it fixed.
Also, if you need spare parts for your purchased order that is not covered or outside the warranty period, we will provide it to you at the lowest cost.
The following cases are not covered under the manufacturer warranty:
- When the warranty period is expired.
- When the warranty or serial label is altered or removed.
- When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered or modified by someone other than the manufacturer.
- Wear-and-tear damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres, or battery lifespan.
- Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to) dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion or bad storage.
- Damage caused by riding in very rough conditions or on a very rough surface.
- Damage caused by Water. Most of our item have some level of proofing against dust and wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.
- Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load.
- Cosmetic damages like (but not limited to) scratches.

Whether the problem is covered under warranty or not, pease be sure that we are going to help you anyway.
Let us know what is the problem exactly, better with pictures to illustrate. Our experts will carefully diagnose the issue and spot it.
Be aware that it’s your responsibility to ship the item to the manufacturer repair centre properly without being damaged during delivery.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your purchase date then please let us know. As long as the dealer is not breaking the minimum advertised price policy, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.
We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 15 days of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
