Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
- If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will assist.
Freight LTL Shipments
- Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am – 12pm or 12pm – 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don’t screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
- Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
- Notation on the carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list the type of damage to the carton. Remember to take photos of any damage.
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of the contents of the unit. Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival. If there is any damage to the product then please send photos and a description to support@electricrideco.com

Electric Ride Co. is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are covered by their manufacturer return/refund policies and warranty policies.
For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer’s return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. Please read the return policy below that applies to this product. Brand return policies should be read in conjunction with the Electric Ride Co. Return Terms below.
NAKTO Return Policy
At NAKTO we aim to provide every single customer with the perfect product at the best price, as well as the greatest service experience.
Return due to quality issues:
To initiate a return, a customer should contact support@electricrideco.com. Once the return request is approved, the customer should find a shipping company for themselves. NAKTO does not offer return labels. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service for added security. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping fee. There will be NO restocking fee applied in this scenario. The FULL refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the e-bikes. A customer may NOT return any e-bike after six months of receipt of the e-bike.
Within 14 days of delivery:
Customer will get a full refund.
More than 14 days:
14 days ~ 2 months: Customer will get 80% refund
3 ~ 4 months: Customer will get 70% refund
5 ~ 6 months: Customer will get 60% refund
Over 6 months: NO return and refund
A customer also has the option to choose a local shop to fix your e-bike if the customer prefers. NAKTO offers free parts and partial reimbursement for repairs up to a limit. However, before we make any payment, we require a repair quotation that must be agreed upon by NAKTO.
Returns due to non-quality issues within 14 days:
Returns due to non-quality issues are eligible within 14 days. Customers may return the merchandise subject to the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of twenty percent of the purchase price. Since we do not provide return labels, customers will have to find their own shipping companies. We recommend that customers use trackable shipping services for added security. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items. To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, please contact the customer service team within 14 days. We do not provide product return services after 14 days, as same as a refund.
Customers are always open to taking their bikes to our warehouse in CA if it works for them. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from their refunds.
Warranty range:
Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period with a flat shipping rate at $19 per shipment paid by customers, but components that are not covered by warranty will require both payments and shipping fees paid by customers. If customers repair the faulty bikes on their own within one-year warranty period, NAKTO will cover the repair cost agreed by us for only once.
Artificial damage will not be covered by one-year warranty.
The shortened battery range caused by long-term inactivity is considered improper maintenance and is not covered under the warranty.

- Proof of Order Confirmation with purchase date and order number;
- Email address and shipping information used in the placement of the order.

Electric Ride Co. Return Terms
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns may be requested by sending an email to support@electricrideco.com with your order number.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
- If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
- If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
- We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.
Additional Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
- If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Cancellations
- All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
- If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.
- Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping it may be too late to cancel your order before it ships out. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships out but if this is not possible then the standard return procedure applies.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will address the issue.
Defective Merchandise
All of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty policies. The warranty information for each product can be found under the “WARRANTY” tab on the product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer’s defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product.
Please note that for returns of defective products, it is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the product in the original packaging. Please make sure to keep the original packaging even if it has been damaged as the packaging can be patched up. If the customer has thrown away the original packaging then it is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the product at their own cost.
Some of our suppliers may refuse returns if the original packaging has been thrown away.
Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures
Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed pictures, usually due to product improvements over time. Electric Ride Co. is not responsible for original or return shipping fees should the specs or pictures be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

Nakto Warranty Policy
At NAKTO Electric Bike Store quality means everything. That’s why we stand behind all our products with a Nationwide Limited Warranty.

Warranty only applies to the original owner (non-transferable).
Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within the 1 year limited warranty period with free shipping. Parts that are not covered by the warranty will require payment for the part and shipping by the customer.
Warranty Period
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. The Nationwide Limited Warranty applies for a period of ONE YEAR upon the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase date (e.g. order confirmation) is required for valid warranty coverage.
Original NAKTO parts and components are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. Warranty can be used for the exchange of a component only once within the warranty period and with no shipping costs. If the component has a second replacement, the customer needs to pay for the shipping cost and the component.
Limited Warranty Covers
Subjected to the terms, conditions, and limitations herein, NAKTO electric bikes warrant to the original retail purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, and PAS system of the bike will be free from defection in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery.
The Limited Warranty exists for the above-mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and cover the motor, battery, and controller. A rechargeable battery will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is charged and discharged. NAKTO warrants that your battery pack will achieve at least 1000 charge cycles expectancy. The battery warranty does include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.
Please kindly note that NAKTO E-bikes are not designed for extreme use including contest and water wading.
Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
Minor imperfections and/or deviations from design specifications that do not materially alter the functionality of the Product;
Cosmetic damage to the outer surface/finishing and external parts of the Product, including without limitation cracks, dents, or scratches on the Product’s exterior;
Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear;
Any parts that naturally and are expected to suffer wear and tear, including without limitation, tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, crankset, chain, saddles, pedals, dropouts, and bearings;
Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period of time are not covered by the terms of the warranty.
Defect or damage arising from any of the following:
- Improper assembly;
- Improper follow-up maintenance;
- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold;
- Damage or failure due to accident, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
- Alterations of the product or the specifications (e.g. paintwork, changes of the geometry/proportions, inadmissible add-on parts etc.); or
- Repair or maintenance by unauthorized dealer or workshop
- Exceeding the weight limits or speed limits
- Attempting to alter the programming of the electrical system, including, but not limited to increasing the speed limiter beyond 32km/h.
- Labor to repair or replace the covered component(s). This warranty is limited to parts replacement only.
Warranty Claim

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your purchase date then please let us know. As long as the dealer is not breaking the minimum advertised price policy, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.
We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 15 days of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website or on our competitors’ website along with your order number within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our Price Match Policy has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting our Price Match Policy.
- Black Friday promotions and promotions such as rebates and “buy one, get one free” offers are not eligible.
- The item must be in stock on the competitors’ website.
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (i.e. eBay, Overstock, etc.).
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
- The Price Match Policy includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
