 Eligibility Conditions

– You must notify us of your intent to return within 166 days of your order date.
– The item must be shipped back within 14 days after submitting your return request.
– This policy also applies to:
– Orders canceled after shipment
– Refused deliveries
– Spare parts and accessories are eligible for return.
– Custom-made and gift items are also eligible for return or exchange.

 Return Shipping

– Returns made within the 180-day window are covered by us (including items originally shipped for free).
– If we shipped the wrong item:
– All costs (shipping, duties, and related expenses) will be fully refunded.

 Non-Eligible Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
– The item is returned without original packaging or missing parts
– The item has been dismantled, modified, or altered
– The 180-day return period has expired

Exchanges

You may exchange any item — including custom products — within 180 days of delivery.

 To initiate an exchange, please provide:
– Your order number
– A description of the item(s)
– Reason for the exchange
– Clear photos (all angles) of the item

 Damaged Items During Shipping

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

– If the package appears damaged:
– Refuse delivery OR note the damage with the carrier
– If accepted:
– Notify us within 24 hours
– Claims must be submitted to the carrier within 7 days

We will:
– Handle the insurance claim on your behalf
– Offer a replacement or full refund

 Refund Process

– Refunds are processed the same day we receive your return
– Processing may take up to 3 business days
– Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or preferred method where applicable

 Order Cancellations

– Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours, provided they have not shipped
– Once shipped:
– Cancellation is only possible after delivery via the return process
